The Inspirational Women Behind Ngon
Carol, the restaurant owner, attributes most of her success to the incredible women in her life.
The restaurant and its name, Ngon, pay tribute to her mother, and many cherished recipes have been passed down from her grandmother.
Leading the charge with Carol are her dedicated former managers, Nini Nguyen (left) and Lyna Tran (right), who not only managed her previous restaurants for an extended period but also played a crucial role in the opening of this new establishment, Ngon.
